Add selection

Add a selection for general use.

Add selection:

1. Go to: General / Configuration / Selection.
2. Click on: New.
3. Specify what the selection is to be based on.
4. Click on: Next.
5. Select the view you want to use when making the selection.

   If you want to filter on fields that are not in the default view, you need to add a new view. Then place fields in the new view. You cannot change the view at a later stage, you can only do this while adding a selection.

6. Click on: Next.Click on Next.
7. Complete the fields.

   Enter a description for the selection.

   If necessary, you can run a filter on the selected view. Clicking on Refresh displays the result of the filter.

8. Click on: Finish.
