Manage authorisation

Due to changes to your organisation and in Profit it is necessary to regularly check and adjust the authorisation. Profit offers a number of options with which you can simplify authorisation management, among other things, by viewing reports.

• After installing a new Build or Update, you must check the authorisation using authorisation reports.
• You can copy the authorisation of an environment to another environment using authorisation replication.
• You can update Active Directory using the Command Line Utility.

  There are a few tools to simplify the management of authorisation.

• Authorisation replication

  Via authorisation replication you can copy the groups, users and authorisation from one environment to the other. This is a fast method for copying the configuration of the authorisation to another environment.
