Record filter authorisation on views

Via filter authorisation for views you can determine that users can only view specific views.

Carry out these steps for every view that you want to authorise.

This method strongly resembles the definition authorisation on the basis of data filters. The difference is that for views you must specify per view whether or not you actually want to apply the authorisation.

To link a definition group to a view:

  1. Go to: the function where the view is.
  2. Open the view:.
  3. If the view bar is not available, display it using the hot key Ctrl+Shift+K.
  4. Open the properties of the view.
