Outlook link when you do have Exchange

You are using the Profit Outlook link and your organisation does have Microsoft Exchange.

Note:

This method is not supported in AFAS Online.

You do not use the Profit Exchange link for this synchronisation method.

A user can synchronise automatically by selecting the Active Office link check box in General / Calendar / Calendar.

Procedure

• Configure the Outlook link (with Microsoft Exchange)

  Configure the synchronisation method in Profit.

• Link Profit user to Outlook user

  You need the Profit user name to do this. In Microsoft Outlook, open the user properties and record the Profit user name (the part on the left of the @ symbol). This is not explained in the KnowledgeBase.
