View the licence and number of users

You can view the maximum numbers of users, employees and environments in a number of ways.

To view the licence from the environment properties:

1. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Properties.
2. Go to the tab: Licence information.

   You see the number of environments, users, and so etc. to which you have rights according to your licence.

   

To view the licence from the Authorisation Tool:

1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
2. Click on:Quantities licence (top right).

To view the licence as administrator (not available in AFAS Online):

1. Log on as administrator.
2. Go to: Management / Licence.

   Profit starts a wizard.

3. Click repeatedly on: Next.

   

   Profit shows, among other things, the maximum number of employees.

4. Click on: Finish.
