View a dossier item at a destination

You view dossier items at their destination. This is the organisation or the person (or employee, income tax client, employer, etc.) for which the dossier items have been recorded.

View dossier items for an organisation:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
  2. Open the view: Organisations.
  3. Open the properties of the organisation.
  4. Go to the tab: Dossier.

    You see the dossier items for the organisation.

  5. Open the properties of a dossier item.

    On the General tab, you see the description and the content of the dossier item. If necessary, you can change these data.

  6. The Actions (F8) button gives you access to extra options (depending on the dossier item selected).

    For example, if a document has been added as an attachment, you can open the attachment by selecting Actions (F8) / Open attachment. In the same way, you can also open any Microsoft Word or Excel files that you have added as dossier items using the Profit Communication Center.

  7. On the Special fields tab, you see the fields that are important to the dossier item type.

    Which fields you see here, depends on the dossier item type. For a dossier item of the Action type, you can complete the action by selecting the Complete check box.

  8. Go to the tab: Destination.

    On this tab you can see for which debtor(s), creditor(s) or employee(s) the dossier item has been submitted.

  9. Click on: OK.
