Link course status to presence

You link the presence to a course status, because you do not record a status in Profit CRM. This way, Profit does in fact enter a course status for the employee.

Example:

If an employee is 100% present, you link the course status ‘Course completed'.

If an employee is not present for a course, you select the course status ‘Course not completed’ for No attendance.

You can maintain and expand the following custom tables: Courses, Course status, Course (reimbursement), Educational status, Educational/work level.

To link a course status:

  1. Go to: HR / Management / Settings.
  2. Go to the tab: Integration.
  3. Select a status in Full attendance, Partial attendance and No attendance.
  4. Click on: OK.
