Custom fields

Address

Persons have a regular address and a postal address both of which are transferred

Address history

All address changes in the source are transferred to the target if the same combination of date and address does not yet exist.

Telecommunications

If a communication type is not present in the source but is present in the target then the communication data is transferred.

Contact

Is transferred if it is missing in the target.
If a combination Person in organisation already appears then the target is leading and only the data that does not yet appear is transferred from the source.

Custom fields for contact persons are transferred if they are empty in the target.
Organisational unit is not transferred.

Person types

A type from a source is only transferred if the type does not exist in the target.

If the type is present in both, the entire merge action is cancelled.

Client record items

All dossier items are transferred from the source person to the target person. An exception is if the dossier item is present in both (same subject-id). In this case the dossier item is not added.

Relationships

If source and target have the same relationship (combination of source, target and type), the relationship is not transferred. Thus, if a relationship is defined between the source and the target but in the other direction, the relationship does get transferred. The reversed relationships are updated.

E-mailing permission status

If the status of the target is None then the status is transferred from the target. If the status of the target is not None, the line from the source is deleted.
