In an entry import there can only be a compare by person ID or organisation ID, but it may seem as if this option is not available. This has to do with the import options Auto numbering person and Auto numbering organisation. If you have selected these options in the import definition, codes 0: Organisation ID and 0: Person ID do not show up after Compare on in the table. If you want to compare by Person ID or Organisation ID, temporarily disable the Auto numbering option.
Solution:

If you can no longer submit any attachments (using the Profit Office Connector) or if you can no longer open the attachment from a dossier item type, install or reinstall the Profit Office Connector. Install the Build or Update to have a new version available. If, during the installation procedure, you receive a notification that the correct version is already installed, first delete the Profit Office Connector by selecting Windows / Start / Control Panel / Programs / Get programs. After you have completed this, you can install the Profit Office Connector again. If you cannot run the installation on your computer yourself, ask the system administrator to do this for you.. Note: If you have performed the steps in this FAQ and you can still not submit attachments, delete the ‘temporary Internet files’.
This message is shown when you have indicated in the selected dossier item type that this dossier item type should be submitted mandatory to multiple destinations. The message is shown if the destination selected is not linked to the other mandatory destination in the dossier. Example:Dossier item type Note Mandatory for Employee and ‘IB’ client. This dossier item is submitted for an employee who is not linked to an ‘IB’ client. Message is shown.
Possible solutions: Modify the settings in the dossier item type so that destinations are no longer mandatory but optional. You can still change these settings via CRM: Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type, type properties, Dossier tab.

This message can appear in multiple properties windows if you try to delete a bank account. Examples of these include an the properties window for an employee, a sales contact, etc. For example, a payment was already made to this bank account or received on it. The bank account number can therefore not be deleted, because this would mean that the payment would no longer have a reference to the account and would ‘float’ as it were. If in the debtor / sales contact properties on the Bank account tab you have added the correct account number and you have linked this number on the Payment tab, the configuration is correct.
