Correct an address centrally

If there are errors in your address table, you can correct them. Address corrections are applied to all organisations and persons linked to the address.

To correct an address centrally:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.

    You can also open the address table using CRM / Organisation/person / Address.

  2. Open the properties of the organisation/person..
  3. Click on: behind the address line.
  4. Click on: Correct address.
  5. Click on Yes in the message.
  6. Correct the address.
  7. Click on: Next

    Profit displays a view showing the organisations, persons, contacts and delivery addresses with the same address. You can cannot apply a selection.

  8. Click on: Finish
  9. Click on Yes in the message.
