Add a new report set

You copy a report set and adjust the copy.

To add a report set based on an existing report set or a report:

If you add a new report set, you can only run it manually.

  1. Go to: HR / Output / Management / Report set.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select the report set you want to copy.
  4. Enter the description. The remaining fields are important for the authorisation.
  5. Click on: Next.
  6. You see the reports that are part of the report set. You can add or delete reports.
  7. Click on: Next

    When you have selected a report, you can enter a filter that should be applied to this report set. You cannot define a filter for a report type. You can also enter a description of the filter you specified. This name should be unique within a report set.

    The tags are applied when the report set is run.

  8. Click on: Finish.
