Forecast of income/expenses
You can make a forecast each week of the revenue and expenditure of debtors and creditors.
The Debiteuren/crediteuren prognose per week data collection each week calculates the weekly forecast for the following income and expense categories:
- Automatic debtor collection
- Automatic debtor refunds
- Debtor payments due
- Automatic payment of creditors
- Automatic payment of creditors abroad (by currency)
- Automatic payment of creditors abroad (basic currency)
- Automatic payment of creditors abroad (all currencies)
- Manual payment of creditors
Determine number of weeks
The data collection calculates the number of weeks in which income and expenses can potentially occur. The invoice due date is an important element in this respect:
- The due date has passed
The number of weeks for this invoice is 0 (zero). The invoice should already have been received or paid.
- The due date has not yet passed.
The invoice is not yet due and the difference between the due date and today's date is therefore determined. The number of weeks follows from this.
Note:
An invoice with a credit limit or payment discount is past due in Profit (the number of weeks is set to zero). To qualify for the payment discount or instead, to avoid the credit restriction from being imposed, it is important not to wait until the term of payment has expired, but instead payment should be made within the payment term.
