Post, view and change entries when using deviating ledger account descriptions

You post, view and change entries in the usual way after you have opened the administration. You see the deviating description for a ledger account if one has been entered for the opened administration. Otherwise, you see the default description. When posting entries you can use the deviating search name if it is present.

To post, view and change entries when using deviating ledger account descriptions per administration:

  1. Go to:
    • Financial / Enter / Journal
    • Financial / Enter / Bank statement
    • Financial / Enter / Opening balance
    • Financial / Enter / Correction period
    • Financial / Enter / Fixed journal entry
    • Financial / Enter / Reconcile
    • Financial entry layouts for changing a journal entry:
    • Financial / Ledger / Budget for: entering a budget, reservations and obligations
  2. You see the deviating description for a ledger account if one has been entered for the opened administration. Otherwise, you see the default description. When posting entries you can use the deviating search name if it is present.

  3. Click on: OK.
