Place tasks in the queue for collection and payment orders

Placing a task in the queue does not differ from using the collection and payment order in Profit without a queue.

To place tasks in the queue for collection and refund/payment orders:

  1. Go in the usual way to Collection order, Payment order or Refund
  2. Select the order.
  3. Click on the action:
    • New for a new order.
    • Process collection order, Process payment order or Process refund for the processing of the order.

    Profit checks if the task can be placed in the queue. If that is the case, you are notified. If it is not possible to queue the task, Profit reports that as well.

    For each order, you see two batch tasks in the queue: Create a bank order and Process a bank order.

  4. Check the status of the batch task in the queue.

    You need to complete the batch task Process a bank order so that the file is retrieved to the correct file location. You only need to check if the batch task Create a bank order has been completed successfully.
