Bank account number with a deviating name (HR)

You can record a different name and city for the bank account number of an employee. This information is not maintained in Profit HR, but in Profit CRM.

Deviating name for a bank account number:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Bank.

    If you open the properties of an account, Profit displays the deviating name and city. You cannot change these fields.

  4. Go to: Actions (F8) / Person.

    You open the person's properties.

  5. Go to the tab: Bank account.
  6. Open the properties of the account number.
  7. Enter the changes. These also apply to Profit HR.
  8. Click on: OK.
