View the anniversary overview (Education)

The anniversary overview is available to provide a picture of employee anniversaries. This overview shows the anniversary type, anniversary date and the number of years, days and months that the employee has been employed. You supply the anniversary overview to the school directors.

Note:

The anniversary overview is available if you have activated the Education functionality.

When setting up of this overview, Profit takes account of any overlap between manual career lines and employments. Profit determines this overlap on the basis of the start and end dates of the career lines and employments. After Profit has determined the number of days of overlap, Profit looks at the duration of the career lines. Profit derives this duration from the result for the calculated working hours in the career lines. Profit includes any corrections to the career lines in the determination of the duration but not in the determination of the overlap.

An overlap most frequently occurs when using sub-employments for recording substitutions. This creates a large chance that an employee has two employments on one day, for example, a substitution in the morning and another employment in the afternoon. The time for this day remains one day for the career history.

  4. Click on: Finish.

You see the employees who have an anniversary within one year of the reference date.

The calculation is based on the number of days that meet the selected criteria. For example, if the user selects ‘Onderwijstijd’, Profit retrieves all calendar days that the employee has worked according to the manually entered career lines and employments. Any overlap or gaps are not taken into account. The days are used to calculate a start date (based on the reference date). The years, months and days between this simulated start date and reference date are shown in the view.
