Set up user image in response (document)
In the overview of the responses to documents in InSite and OutSite, you can show the image from the person/the contact's properties. This makes the view more personal. If you do not have an image, you can display a male or female silhouette.
- For this purpose, you add the Image field to the Responses to document template in Profit.
The image is then visible in the overview of the responses to a document.
- Responses must be permitted in the document template. You can set this up for each document template.
Note:
Displaying images in an overview does affect the speed at which the pages appear. Bear this in mind!
Add the image field to the view:
- Open Profit.
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Templates.
- Open the properties of the Responses to document template.
- Go to the tab: Pages.
- Open the page to which you want to add the field with the image.
This is the default Responses to document (of page type Document (readers)).
- Go to: Actions (F8) / Modify view.
- Click on Yes in the message. You now create a draft of the page.
- Click on: Next.

- Add the image field. You can find it at Images.
- Move the field upwards so that you see the image in the front of the response overview.
- Click on: Complete.
- Click on Yes in the message.
- Click on: Yes. when asked if you want to publish the page.
In InSite you now see the images of users in the overviews of responses to documents. If you do not have an image and want to display a silhouette instead, you must set the overview to List.
