Block a document template

If you do not want to base any new documents on a particular document template, you can block this template from being used.

Blocking a document template does not have any consequences for existing documents.

To block a document template:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Document template.
  3. Open the properties of the document template.
  4. Select the Blocked check box.
  5. Click on: OK.
