Maintain template pages
Template pages determine the content and layout of pages you create with a document template. The site administrator maintains these template pages.
If documents have already been created based on the document template, the changes to the template page after publication are also applied to the linked pages. If you do not want this to happen, then add a document template first.
To maintain template pages:
Log on and start Site management.- Click on: Maintain template pages.
- Select the template page.
- Click on: Edit.
You can now customise the text, contents and column layout of the page.
You can also add a default part to the page.
- Click on: Publish.
