Add the Documents to be maintained overview

You add the overview of documents to be maintained to the site. This overview shows the documents for which the user logged on is the author.

To add the Documents to be maintained overview:

  1. Log on and start Site management.
  2. Click on: Menu in the Site frame.
  3. Click on: New.Do this after the menu item to which you want to add the overview.

    If you want to show the overview on the Mijn InSite page, then after the Mijn InSite menu item, click on New.

  4. Enter the description.
  5. Select the action Refer to existing page.
  6. Click on: Next.
  7. Select the page Documents (authors).
  8. Click on: Add.
  9. Close the menu.
