Configure the company.info plug-in

The company.info plug-in displays additional company information from company.info such as annual figures, contact persons, balance sheet, etc in an iFrame. You can only use this plug-in if you have entered into a contract for it with company.info.

You will receive two keys with the contract. If you record the keys, you will have immediate access to the page of company.info without having to (again) log on first.

Configure the company.info plug-in:

Go to: General / In & OutSite / Site.
Open the properties of the site.
Go to the tab: Company.Info.
Enter a value in Public key.
Enter a value in Secret key.
These keys are listed in your contract with company.info
Click on: OK.
Now you must add the plug-in to the site.

Note:

For customers with local installations, the plug-in only works if the InSite web address is accessible externally. If InSite only runs on https://insite.local, the plug-in does not work.

You must first record the keys you received from company.info before you can add this plug-in.

What does the plug-in show?

Depending on where you add the plug-in and on the data that you record, the plug-in displays the following:
- If a CoC number has been recorded in the plug-in, the plug-in will display information from the company.info page with additional company information in an iFrame.
- If the plug-in has been added to the sales contact or organisation page and a CoC number is known for the organisation in question, the plug-in displays additional company information from company.info on the basis of the CoC number. If the CoC number is not known, you see a page from company.info in iFrame with search results for matching organisations based on the name.
- If no CoC number has been recorded in the plug-in and the plug-in is added to a page other than 'organisation (show)' or 'sales contact (show)', the plug-in displays the home of the company.info page. You can search for business data from here manually.
To place the plug-in on the page:
1. Open the site and edit the page.
  1. Log on and start Site management.
    Open the site.
    Log on with the username and password.
    Click on: OK.
    Click on the user name at the top right.
    
    Click on: Site management.
  2. Open the page you want to place the plug-in on.
  3. Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
  4. Click on: Layout in the Display frame.
2. Click on: Plug-ins / Other / Company.Info.
3. If required, enter a title for the plug-in.
4. Select the Show component frame and title check box if you want to display this data.
5. Leave Copy from page for Plug-in CoC number.
6. Leave Copy from page for Plug-in company name.
  The plug-in will search for the correct business information related to the organisation, sales contact and/or purchase contact because of this setting. If the Chamber of Commerce number is not found on the page, the plug-in will search for the company name. If this not found either, you will receive a message that no results have been found.
7. Enter a value in Fixed height.
  The height and the width depend on the settings of the plug-in. We cannot decide this for you. If you specify a height of 450 px for the plug-in, then you need to specify this here. If you then specify a height of 300 px in the site, the plug-in is clipped.
  
  You can open the page with which you can try this plug-in free of charge for a week through the Help button.
8. Click on: Create.
9. Click on: Publish.
10. Click on Yes in the message.
