This is because the page is set to 'Full Screen'. This means that the header, menu, and login facility are not displayed. You can resolve this issue by restoring the full screen setting. Alternatively, you can log on using the following link (example): https://sitename.nl/admin.
In the Add contact profile properties under the Contact context, if you have deselected the 'Visible' check box for the Address and Postal address fields, this does not affect InSite.
This message appears when site management is started. Solution:
On most pages in InSite, actions are listed. In the case of workflows, you determine which actions are available in the workflow. Actions in, for example, the properties of organisations, persons, employees, etc. cannot be hidden.
You may be authorised for maintaining the template pages and yet get a message saying you cannot open the page.
This happens in the case of templates you use in both InSite and OutSite for which you have authorised the Everyone and/or Basic groups in the Reader layer. In OutSite, only authorised users have access to these documents and not the Everyone or Basic groups.
You resolve this by deleting these groups from the reader layer. To delete readers:

For InSite sites running on AFAS Online, hosting must also be provided by AFAS Online. The only URL you can use for this is https://12345.afasinsite.nl. You can, however, use a different URL (such as www.mycompany.nl/insite) and have visitors redirected to https://12345.afasinsite.nl. This configuration is not supported by AFAS and the AFAS team does not provide support for it.
If the site or certain pages are not available, you can perform a number of checks.
To submit an incident: If this step does not resolve the problem, submit an incident on the AFAS Customer Portal:.
You can resolve this problem by republishing the site.
The AFAS Online tab in the properties of an environment includes the 'Vink dit veld aan als het een productieomgeving betreft' field. This field is not used yet and you do not have to assign a value to this field. |

Your users can receive automated e-mail messages from Profit, with the e-mail message containing a hyperlink to a page of an InSite site. This can be done, for example, in the case of alerts: when an alert is generated for a user, he also receives an e-mail message containing a hyperlink to the alert. This increases the chance that users actually read the alerts and respond to them. In some cases this hyperlink specifies the local address instead of the link to access the InSite page externally. The hyperlink is made up of the specified domain name + the virtual path. You can change the link as follows:
When you have done this, run the Site Deployment tool on the web server again. Depending on your configuration, you can do so using one of the following instructions:
Once the site is republished, the correct link will be passed on in the generated e-mail message.

The following message may appear on a Citrix client: ActiveReports PDF Export DLL: Internal Error. Out of memory or corrupt pages collection. Cause: This is related to the drive mappings on the Citrix client. Profit tries to write files to 'C:\temp\test.pdf' on the Citrix server while this should be '\\TSCLIENT\C\temp\test.pdf'. The report engine that AFAS uses (Active Reports of Data Dynamics) reports that Citrix is not supported and that it does not have a solution for this. For this reason, AFAS cannot solve this problem. Solution: Contact your system administrator to see if there is a workaround, for example:
You use a self-signed certificate, but this certificate has not been set to Trusted on the PC of the user the message appears for. Read this blog for information on a solution for the problem.
If the application pool is not running under the correct account, this message appears (in the log). In a server installation this must be COM+ user. In a standalone installation this must be the logged-on Windows user, not the Network Service user. You can check this as follows:
