Forgotten password
If you have forgotten the password, you can request a new password through the site. You can only do this if the site administrator has configured this.
If you cannot perform the below steps, you can ask your application administrator to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click on: Log on.
- Click on: Request password.
- Enter the username.
- Click on: Request.
If the username or e-mail address is not recognised, an error message appears.
If Profit recognises the username/e-mail address, you receive a message that a message has been sent to the e-mail address.
- Open the e-mail message.
- Click on: the link in the message to change the password.
You can only use this link once.
- Enter a password and confirm it.
This must be a strong password. A strong password has a minimum length of eight characters, and does not contain any (part of) the user name or e-mail address of the user. For example: a user called Martin Sommer cannot use $omm1234Q as a password. A strong password contains at least one character from three of the four groups: Upper-case letters (A-Z), lower-case letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and special characters (such as ! @ # $ %).
- Click on: OK.
You are now logged on automatically and you see the home page of the website.
