Choose a colour

When selecting a colour for the background, you can also specify colour transitions.

In this example we record the colour transition for Menu level 1. This menu now looks as follows:

Out_Kleurovergang en tranparantie (10)

To set up colour transition and transparency for a colour:

  1. Log on and start Site management.
  2. Click on: Themes.
  3. Select the theme.

You can now immediately edit the theme.

  4. Click on: Menu in the Parts frame.
  5. Click on: Menu level 1.
  6. Click on: the colour after Background to set the background colour for the site.
  7. Select No fill if you do not want to display the colour.
  8. Select a theme colour.
  9. Click on: the desired colour transition or click on None.

In this example, you set up the following:

    Out_Kleurovergang en transparantie (20)

For the background colour Normal, the transparency is set to Dark:

    Out_Kleurovergang en transparantie (30)

  10. Click on: OK.

Repeat this for the other backgrounds.

  11. Click on: Modify.
  12. Click on: Publish.
  13. Click on Yes in the message.

    The result looks as follows:

    Out_Kleurovergang en transparantie (40)

The menu item Home is blue because you chose this. When setting the colour, you specified that a selected part gets a different colour from the default colour, in this case blue.

You have emphasised the menu item Diensten. You have also selected another colour for it here. In the menu at the top of the page, the emphasis could only be recognised by the empty space before and after the menu item.
