Then OutSite, the AFAS portal and web functionality, is the solution for you! With OutSite, you make the information available centrally and create a digital meeting place for your external contacts! OutSite offers your external contacts a one-stop window that is always available. This portal makes your service transparent and gives your contacts direct insight into the process. This not only ensures satisfied contacts, but also provides the structure for your external communication and control of the entire process.

The advantages of OutSite:

  • Customer Self Service (CSS): your contacts manage, change, submit and view their data themselves.
  • Inform and share knowledge: you share processes, Documents, alerts, cockpits and messages digitally with your customers.

Accountancy portal

An accountant can use the accountancy portal to communicate digitally with his customers. He exchanges data online, such as the annual accounts, information on salaries and personnel information, fiscal and financial declarations, permanent and annual dossier.

You have access to a single portal type. Only if you use Profit Fiscal, OutSite provides access to the Accountancy portal. Without Profit Fiscal, you have access to the customer portal. You can add multiple websites to a portal.

Description

OutSite lets you communicate with your customers digitally through the portal or customer portal. You maintain your own website so it is simple and easy to keep it up to date. You no longer have to wait until your webmaster has the time to post a news item or add a page, and you no longer need to pay any money for these changes either. OutSite provides you with an interactive website that is simple and economical to maintain yourself!

Even your branding is covered with OutSite. In addition to a number of themes that come standard with the product, you can determine the look and feel yourself. You can choose from various styles and colours and adapt the layout and formatting to your own house style. Of course you can also add videos, flash files and illustrations.

Domains in OutSite

By default, OutSite is supplied with just one domain. This means you get a default URL from AFAS Online (12345.afasonline.com). If you want to use a new URL (e.g. workingatyourcompany.nl), you need an extra domain, which involves additional annual costs. These costs are needed to cover the cost of an extra server and additional costs incurred by third parties.

If you deliver a wildcard certificate (*.yourcompany.nl), you do have the option to request multiple domains.
You can create new web sites within the existing domain, as sub-domains. For example: workingat.yourcompany.nl or customerportal.yourcomapny.nl (so XXX.yourcompany.nl - everything before .yourcompany.nl.). There are no extra costs!
To add a sub-domain, you only have to submit an incident to Support. They will create a new URL for the sub-domain so you can use multiple sites.
If you do not want to use the default AOL URL, send an SSL certificate with the desired name along with the incident. The AFAS Online team will make the new URL available for you.

Note:

If you also want to use the sub-domain for secure functionality (HTTPS using SSL), the use of a wildcard certificate is mandatory (*.yourcompany.nl).
