View own data

As a logged-on visitor to the website, a customer can view his/her own data using the menu options My personal data and My organisation.

The data he/she sees depends on the role with which he/she is logged on. You can only change your password and the contact person (Change contact person) in your own data if you are logged on as a portal user.

If you are logged on as customer portal administrator then, in addition to your own data, you can also view and change the organisation data.

If you are logged on as a person (and not as contact person for an organisation), you can view the data in My personal data. In the Payment field, you see the bank account number registered for you as sales contact, if this is applicable. (Furthermore, it is possible that the custom tabs for person are displayed here: = manage)

If you are logged on as the contact person for an organisation and person then you can view your own personal data (My data) and the data for your organisation. On the My personal data screen, you also find Werkgegevens. In addition to the contact person's own data, you can also view the organisation data via My organisation.
