View a project dossier and dossier item in OutSite

In OutSite, you can view a dossier item that is recorded for a project. You can only view this if you are a contact in the team for the project.

To view a project dossier and dossier item in OutSite:

1. Go to: OutSite.
2. Click on: Customer portal.
3. Log on with the user name and password.
4. Click on: OK.
5. Click on: Projects.

   InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

6. Click on: a project line to open the project detail page of a project.
7. Click on: the Dossier tab.

   You see the added dossier items.

8. Click on: Dossier in the menu on the left.

   Here, you not only see the dossier item added for the project, but all dossier items.

9. Open the dossier item.
