View projects in OutSite

You use the Projects menu function to open an overview of all projects in your organisation (the organisation of the user who is logged on). From this overview, you open the page with project details for a specific project so that you can view the data.

To view projects in OutSite:

1. Open the site.
2. Log on with your user name and password.
3. Click on: OK.
4. Click on:Customer portal.
5. Click on: Projects.
6. Click on a project line to open the project details page of a project.

   What the project details page looks like, depends on the role you have in a project. If you do not have a role in the project, you see a basic page with basic information. The project data you see on these pages has been configured by your Site manager.

   You can use the Go directly to button to navigate directly to specific data associated with the project. The following project data can be shown:

   • Project file
   • Project phases
   • Cost estimate
   • Cost estimate lines
   • Progress
   • Team
