‘TKP Vervoer’ pension data delivery

You can digitally deliver the ‘TKP’ pension data for the Transportation sector to the ‘TKP’ if you use the following transport CLAs: ‘Taxivervoer’, ‘Besloten busvervoer’, ‘Goederenvervoer Nederland’ and ‘Beroepsgoederenvervoer over de weg en verhuur van mobiele kranen’.

The file with the pension data is intended for delivery to the ‘TKP’ pension fund.

Profit supports four transport sectors:

• besloten busvervoer
• taxi
• goederenvervoer
• kraanverhuur

You deliver a file with pension data for each employer, every month.

For corrections you must submit a new delivery. In a number of cases, you must contact them personally.

You can add a new data file for the pension data delivery if the salary processing period has been approved.

You can upload the generated file in the ‘TKP’ employer portal .

You can view the contents of the feedback in the ‘TKP’ employer portal. Here, 'TKP’ gives detailed information on the state of affairs for each employer. You can also change data manually in the ‘TKP’ employer portal.

  You can add a new data file for the pension data delivery if the salary processing period has been approved.

• Pass the ‘TKP’ corrections

  If you have corrections and/or RAE entries in preceding periods, then you must make a new delivery for the period in question. However, for a number of corrections, you must contact ‘TKP’.
