2014 wage declaration changes
The changes discussed in this topic refer to the digital wage declaration.
Note:
The CLA Update 201491xx release notes provide a lot of information on new legislation and regulations and changes in Profit.
Tax authority agency
In the agency settings for the tax authority, the following changes have been implemented:
- In the agency settings at the employer level, the 'WGA' field has been changed to WGA fixed.
- At the employer level, the AOW uitkering voor alleenstaanden field has been deleted. This field only applied to the ‘Sociale Verzekeringsbank’.
- If you have performed the Calculate ‘BT’ annual wage action during the year-end transition, for every employee a new Tax authority agency line has been added.
Sector risk group
The sector risk group classification for temporary workers has changed. The number of risk groups has been reduced to 5 and the sector risk groups 'Uitzendbedrijven IA (5210)' and 'Uitzendbedrijven IIA (5211)' have been added.
Profit converts the sector risk groups as follows:
- Profit converts 5204, 5205, 5206 to 5210.
- Profit converts 5201, 5202, 5203 to 5211.
During the conversion, Profit takes into account the last agency line in the employee properties.
Declaration time frame
The data for the declaration time frames has been adjusted for 2014.
As from 2014, it is no longer allowed to submit the wage declaration a day later if the last day of the declaration time frame falls in the weekend or on a closing day. We recommend you take this into account to avoid sending the wage declaration too late and having to pay a penalty.
Headings in the wage declaration
The 'Totaal gedifferentieerde premie Whk ' and 'Gedifferentieerde premie Whk ' headings have been added to the wage declaration. These headings replace the headings for ‘Totaal gedifferentieerde premie WGA’ and 'Gedifferentieerde premie WGA’.
