Release a blocked cost estimate

If you use the Projects/Order management integration, a cost estimate is included in the entry process which means that you also create stock entries using a cost estimate. Profit can block the cost estimate, for example if two users add a new cost estimate simultaneously. You can unblock the data manually.

If data is blocked, the following message may appear: This line has been blocked by user [user name].

When you (the application administrator) release the block, Profit clears up the corresponding stock entries made for this cost estimate. You can find these blocked cost estimates using the steps below.

Release data:

  1. Go to:General / Configuration / Blocks / Data (user).
  2. Double-click on the Order Management process lock type. The order type is Cost estimate.
