Work in progress data collection
The cost price fields in this data collection show the following values:
- Cost price amount = amount of cost price (from actual costing): this is the sum of the cost price amounts in the actual costing lines
- Cost price amount carried forward = amount of cost price journalised (from actual costing): this is the sum of the cost price amounts in the actual costing lines that have been journalised in the financial administration
- Cost price entered = amount of cost price to be reported as referring to completed WIP: this is the cost price amount that has been written to the Work in progress table (is updated every time the cost price is journalised) and still has to be reported as referring to completed WIP
- Cost price completed = amount of cost price reported as referring to completed WIP: this is the cost price amount that has been reported as referring to completed WIP (is updated when WIP is reported complete)

The following applies to the revenue amounts:
- Revenue amount = revenue amount from sales invoices carried forward from Financial: this is the sum of the amounts in the Project revenue table
- Revenue amount carried forward = revenue amount journalised (from Project revenue): this is the sum of the amounts in the Project revenue table lines that have been journalised in the financial administration
- Revenue entered = revenue amount to be reported as referring to completed WIP: this is the revenue amount that has been written to the Work in progress table (updated every time the revenue and the invoices are journalised) and therefore still has to be reported as referring to completed WIP
- Revenue completed = revenue amount reported as referring to completed WIP: this is the revenue amount that has been reported as referring to completed WIP (updated when WIP is reported complete)
