Modify the entry layout

If you want to see the invoice discount while entering orders, packing slips or invoices, you must include the Discount/surcharge over invoice total field in the entry layout. You can add this field to the 'Footer'.

To modify an entry layout:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Entry layout.
  2. Open the properties of the entry layout of, for example, the packing slip.
  3. Go to the tab: Footer.
  4. Click on: the '+' for general fields.
  5. Drag the Discount/surcharge over invoice total field to the footer fields:

  6. Click on: OK.
