Revoke Customer portal administrator privileges

It may occur that an administrator is no longer permitted to have administrator privileges in the AFAS Customer Portal::

  • Administrator leaves employment.

    Delete the administrator from your organisation as a contact. This person will no longer be able to log on to the AFAS Customer Portal:.

  • Administrator is given a different job and should no longer have administrator privileges.

    The relevant administrator must be given the 'Read-only user' role. He can assign himself this role, or leave it to another administrator.

    Note:

    First appoint a new administrator, then change the access rights of the old administrator.

Change an administrator into a read-only user:

  1. Click on: your name (top right).
  2. Click on: 'My organisation'.

  3. Click on: Contact persons.
  4. Click on: the contact person.
  5. Click on:Modify.
  6. Select the Employee check box for Roles.
  7. Click on: Modify.
