Appoint a Customer portal administrator

You can specify multiple administrators for the AFAS Customer Portal:. Only an administrator can appoint another contact as an administrator.

Go to the contacts view to see who the administrator is in your organisation.

Assign administrator privileges to a contact:

  1. Click on: your name (top right).
  2. Click on: 'My organisation'.

  3. Click on: Contact persons.

  4. Click on: the contact person.
  5. Select the Administrator check box for Roles.
  6. Click on: Modify.
