External portal for 'IB' and 'VpB’ declarations (communication service)

You can use the external portal to exchange messages and/or approval declarations for 'IB' and 'Vpb'.

To record an external portal:

1. Go to: General / Communication service / Communication profile.
2. Open the properties of the communication profile. External portal.
3. Deselect the Blocked check box.
4. Go to the tab: Settings.
5. Enter the following locations; these are the URLs of the external portal:
   • Inbox location
   • Outbox location
