Replicate authorisation (AFAS Online)

You replicate the current environment in a target environment or in multiple target environments.

You can only copy the authorisation to a specific target environment if as a user you have access to the target environment and access to the Authorisation tool in the target environment.

Replicate authorisation:

1. Log on in the environment that you want to replicate.
2. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Replicate authorisation.
3. Select the target environments.

   Here you only see the environments that are eligible to be a target environment. You cannot, for example, replicate the authorisation from a Small Business environment to an SE environment. For ASP, the environments must relate to the same ASP participant. The licence and the ASP participant number must match.

4. Click on: Next.
5. Check the replication data.
6. Click on: Finish.

   Once the replication is complete, a comment appears after the environment that the replication was performed successfully.

7. Click on: Finish.
