Configure OutSite for external messages

Your clients assess the messages read using OutSite. To make this possible, you need to activate a type of page in your OutSite site and configure the site for this functionality.

To activate an OutSite page:

  1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Site.
  2. Open the properties of the site.
  3. Go to the tab: Page types.
  4. Select the Approval messages check box.

  5. Click on: OK.

The view is available on the site once the site has been published again completely. You lay out and place the pages for each message type yourself.

If your employees are also going to use the workflow in InSite, you also have to activate and lay out the pages in the InSite site properties. This depends on the workflow setup.
