View the report properties

The properties of a report tell you, among other things, who viewed this report last.

To view the properties of a report:

1. Go to: a report management function, for example Financial / Output / Management / Report.
2. Select the desired report.
3. Click on: Definition.

   Profit shows the report's properties:

   • The data on the General tab are especially relevant for the authorisation. At the bottom, you see a general explanation of the report.
   • On the Logging tab you see the user that has last viewed the report.
