Authorisation (fixed assets)

You can authorise the access of users and/or user groups to fixed assets. You authorise the menu options, access to tabs and actions separately.

To authorise fixed assets:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Select the group or user you want to authorise.
  3. Go to the tab: Menu.

Select or deselect the Fixed assets check box.

  4. Go to the tab: Authorisation.

  5. Select the tab that you want to authorise.
  6. Choose the required access right: No access, Read only or Maintain.
  7. You do this separately for the tabs of the functions Asset, Asset group and Insurances.

    Example:

You can realise a segregation of duties for adding and depreciating fixed assets. To do this, give one user maintenance rights on the Financial tab and grant another user no access. In the new wizard for fixed assets, the one without the rights will only see the first window. If he adds an asset, it will automatically be given the status Non actief. A controller can then add the financial data.

  8. Select the action you want to authorise.
  9. Choose the access right No access, Read only or Maintain in the bottom right of the window.

You do this separately for the actions of the Asset, Asset group and Insurances functions.

    Example:

You can give a controller the right to perform the action Undo journalising but not a financial employee.

  10. Close the Authorisation tool

De omgeving opent automatisch opnieuw, met de nieuwe instellingen.
