Roles and competences per employee

You can assess an employee based on this employee's roles. You can assess the competences of the employee during the assessment by assessing the related behaviour indicators. After the assessment, the employee's competences can be viewed in the properties of the employee.

Procedure in Profit

  • Roles per employee

    Specify the roles each employee has. The jobs from Profit HR have already been copied to roles, and employees performing these jobs have automatically been assigned the associated roles.

  • Competences per employee

    The properties list the current competences of the employee. Because this data is unknown initially, you can specify it manually (without assessment). This data is populated automatically by performing assessments.
