Configure education documents
For the employer in education, you can generate the deed for a new employment or a change to an existing employment in Profit.
Description
For the Education documents functionality, per employer you select the deed Profit generates when you add, change or end an employment.
By default AFAS supplies the education documents in Profit. If you want to modify these documents, make a copy of the default. After modifying the document, link it to the employer.
Procedure
- Record the address for education documents
To generate the education documents, you need to record an address for the educational institution. Profit will show this address on the educational documents.
- Select education documents at the CLA level
You can select the education documents at the CLA level. The documents that you select apply to all employees that are subject to this CLA.
- Select the education documents for an employer
Per employer you select the education documents that Profit should generate when you add, change or end an employment.
