Configure profiles for the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter'

You can simplify the processing of the absence supervision by using profiles. A profile includes field values that are entered automatically. You only need to enter the missing data. A profile is always linked to a workflow which is automatically started. If you create a copy of a workflow, link it in the profile.

The alerts of the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter' are linked to a fixed destination. This fixed destination determines which dossier item is submitted using which profile.

To configure profiles:

1. Go to:General / In & OutSite / Profile.
2. Enter 'Absence guidance' as the definition for the quick filter.

   You can see all the profiles that belong to the functionality:

   The alerts of the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter' are linked to a fixed destination. This fixed destination determines which dossier item is submitted using which profile. You cannot change this in a copy of the alert.

   No default alert is available for the 42nd week message. If you use DigiZSM, Profit will process this. If not, you have to add the alert yourself.

3. Open the properties of the profile.
4. Select the workflow.
5. Maintain the context of the profile.
