Delete data from the application procedure

During or after the application procedure you can delete certain information. This may be necessary from a privacy protection point of view or because it is requested by the candidate. Because the data of recruitment and selection are linked together, you need to delete the data in a certain order:

  • You cannot delete an applicant if this person still has outstanding applications. These actions must first be deleted before you can delete the applicant.

    If the applicant is an employee, then the dossier items that were created and submitted during the application procedure, will remain in the dossier of the employee.

  • You cannot delete a vacancy if there are still outstanding applications. First delete the relevant applications.

    You delete an application by deleting the link between an applicant and a vacancy. Open the properties of the vacancy and delete the applicant. This cannot be done if there are still actions present; you must first delete these.
