Display an extended overview in InSite

An extended view is a view in columns in which you can filter, reorder the columns and export the view to Excel.

To display an overview:

1. Open the overview in InSite.
2. You can sort by a column by double-clicking on the column header. Double-click again to reverse the sorting.

   Note:

   You can only apply a filter if the site manager has allowed this. If not, no filter is available.

3. You can enter a quick filter in the line under the header.
4. Press: Enter.

   

   You can filter by a value, or you can use filter criteria (such as >0 or '@philips').

5. To save a quick filter:
   1. Click on the triangle at the left in the quick filter line.
   2. Click on: Save quick filter.

      

   3. Enter the description.
   4. Select the Run on opening check box if the filter should be applied automatically when you open the view.

      

   5. Click on: Save.

   If you have not set a quick filter, you can add and save a filter by selecting Create filter.

To activate a saved quick filter:

1. Click on the triangle at the left in the quick filter line.
2. Click on the quick filter.

To export an overview to Microsoft Excel:

1. Click on:.

   

2. Open the Excel sheet or save the exported data.
