View articles in OutSite

If you are not logged on (anonymous), you can view some of the available assembled item information in OutSite. If you are logged on, you can view additional assembled item data.

Which data is visible to everyone (anonymous) and which data is visible to logged on users depends on the configuration. The site may differ from the description given below.

To view assembled items in OutSite (anonymously):

1. Open the site.
2. Go to: Producten.

   You now see the product groups, with the image if you have added one.

3. Click on the product group.

   You can now see the articles included in the product group.

4. Click on an assembled item.

   You now see the limited data of the assembled item.

To view an assembled item in OutSite (customer portal):

1. Open the site.
2. Log on with your user name and password.
3. Click on: OK.
4. Go to: My organisation.

   This menu option may be different in your site.

5. Click on: Articles.

   You can now see the product groups, with the image if you have added one.

6. Click on the product group.

   You can now see the articles included in the product group.

7. Click on an assembled item.

   

   You now see the assembled item properties, such as the parts. You now also see properties such as the description, price, image and stock.

8. Click on a part of the assembled item to view its properties.
