View the yearly 'DUO GGL' delivery
In Profit you can view the 'DUO' delivery if errors occurred while generating the files or to check the contents of the digital file. This depends on the status of the education delivery.
Select the education delivery:
- Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Educational delivery.
- Select the education delivery.
- Open the properties of the education delivery.
- If the status of the education delivery is Checked, errors , Profit shows the errors you can resolve.
- If the status of the education delivery is Checked, no errors, Profit shows the contents of the premium file. In the premium file, a 'drill down' function is available. That means that you can zoom in on the lines displayed, so the details of a line become visible. This will give you insight in the way the amounts have been calculated for each educational institution.
To give you a complete overview, Profit also shows the employments that will not be included in the yearly delivery. This way you can easily check if the selection of employees is correct.
- If the status of the education delivery is Checked, no errors, Profit shows the contents of the premium file. In the premium file, a 'drill down' function is available. That means that you can zoom in on the lines displayed, so the details of a line become visible. This will give you insight in the way the amounts have been calculated for each educational institution.
