View the status of In-service processing

You can monitor the progress of the processing by the AFAS Service agency using the Salary processing cockpit.

To retrieve progress data using the Salary processing plan:

  1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Salary processing cockpit.
  2. Click on the action:Send/receive.

    Profit retrieves the current status.

  3. Check the Status shipment column.

    The following statuses are available:

    • Audited
    • Prepared for sending
    • Sent
    • Error while sending
    • Current
    • Completed

    In the Shipping date field, Profit shows the date on which the files were sent and in the Receipt date field the date the files were received by the AFAS Service agency. In the Remark field, you find information added by employees of the AFAS Service agency.

    The Postal parcel number field shows the barcode used for the postal parcel by TNT Post. You can go to the TNT Post website to see the status of the parcel.
