Report sets

Using report sets in Profit, you can generate a fixed set of reports per employer from the Salary processing cockpit.

Description

A report set is a bundle of reports. By printing a report set, you print all the reports in the set at once. You can be sure that you are printing the right reports and, in addition, you do not have to print the reports individually.

You can set up Profit to automatically generate a report set after every provisional salary processing or following the approval. When Profit generates the report sets, they are also printed, e-mailed or saved to the employer dossier. Which actions are performed depends on your employer settings, which you can change before you start generating.

You can also generate the report sets manually. While you manually generate the report sets, you can also print, e-mail or save them to the employer dossier. In the Salary processing cockpit you can only generate report sets for processed or approved periods.

You can generate various report sets following the processing or the approval. The Payroll provisional (Profit) and Payroll approved (Profit) report sets are supplied as defaults in Profit.

In Service

If you use the AFAS Service agency to generate the pay slips, Profit does not include the pay slips in the report set.
