Not pay the holiday allowance at the end of an additional employment

If you use the Multiple employments functionality, the payment of the holiday allowance works differently.

If an employee has, or had, multiple employments and the last employment ends, then Profit pays the holiday allowance. Even if the employment end date for the employee has not been entered. In case of multiple employments, settlement in principle occurs per employment. An employment cannot be ‘separately’ reported as ended. This is why the employment leaving date is used instead of the employment end date.

In the 100.002.014 'Vakantietoeslag' wage component, you can specify that when an employment ends the reserved holiday allowance reserve is paid, even if the payment period has not yet been reached. This is not the intent in case of an additional employment. In the case of the end of an additional employment, Profit always settles the accrued reservation.
